|| Skeletons in veils?
|| OK, so this was really creepy. This is St. Innocent. It is the actual body of a child that died hundreds of years ago. The face is covered by a mask, but you can see the hands and feet. They also have St. Benedictus's arm bones. We all found the preservation of parts of saints bizarre. It reminded Frank and me of the story of the saint's head getting lost in transit from the Pont d'Avignon.
|| Outside -- the cloisters must be beautiful in the spring!
